Returns Policy


If you are not fully happy with the items you receive, you can return them to us within 21 days of receipt. All items must be returned with a proof of purchase and in their original condition including their packaging and labelling.

Once returned you will be entitled to an exchange (subject to product availability) or a full refund, exclusive of the original postage fee (e.g. Original payment was $69, $59 for item and $10 postage, $59 will be refunded).

Should you be returning a faulty item, we will refund both the return and delivery costs.

Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Returns Procedure

Please email us at contact@devilmaycare.sydney with the reason for your wanting to return an item and if you would like to exchange for the same or different item or a refund. We will send you a postal address and further instructions.

Please wrap your parcel securely to avoid damage, we may not accept an item if it is damaged during transit to us. You may wish to use a trackable, insured service as we do cannot take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Upon receipt of your returned items, we will inspect them and process the exchange or refund within 7 days. We will place a credit to the payment method used to purchase the items.
